Spacious room and bathroom with what must be some of the best views of the river and village green in Bourton-on-the-Water. The bed was incredibly comfortable, made even better with soft, high-quality cotton sheets. I really enjoyed both the bath and the walk-in waterfall shower. Having a delicious breakfast delivered to the room by a cheerful young man was a lovely convenience and much appreciated. As a solo traveller, The Old Bank Rooms offered everything I needed, and I’d absolutely stay here again for both the location and the comfort it provided.

The room was well stocked with everything you needed and breakfast arrived on time every morning. I needed extra towels and my request was commutated well and quickly. The young man AngelHeart, was very polite and helpful even though it was self-serve check-in and out he was very helpful and an asset to the Old Bank Rooms as he began and ended his daily clean.

The view was amazing, and the accommodation was close to everything. We loved the fact there was a fridge in the room and fresh milk. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The breakfast on both days was delivered to our room at the time we asked for and was hot and tasty. The instructions for room use, key pick up, and drop off were concise. The room temperature could be easily adjusted using the thermostat and warmed up quickly.

There were nice touches like bathrobes and hot water bottles. The bathroom was massive with a lovely big bath and shower. The location is right near restaurants and shops. We wished we had stayed for more than one night as we did not have enough time to look around the area.
